For the product’s most efficient use, please select the belt size that fits you best, both in size, width and technical solution. For sizes, please check the Wood Belt web page for instructions on how to measure belt size, the difference between belt size and belt length, etc.
Wood is a natural material. There are potential hazards you need to consider:
- sensitivity to moisture and water. Leaving wooden parts in water for a longer period may damage the material. Also, do not put belts or bags in washing or drying machines.
- cracking of the wooden parts under really extreme conditions. Avoid leaving the products unprotected in extreme conditions for an extended period.
- cracking of the wooden parts while using extended, not necessary force for their wearing

Wood Belt advises several maintenance and care activities for all our products to prolong their use.

Handle Wood Belt products with the understanding that wood is natural and breakable.
The buckle is protected with bee wax and should occasionally be wiped with a dry cloth.
Clean the leather part with a damp cloth, add a bit of mild antibacterial soap if you like, and dry gently with a dry cloth. Treat the belt with a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and reduce cracking.
While not wearing the product, please keep it in the wooden packaging we provide or in a safe and dry place.
